Let’s say you decide to establish a new religion: what or who would you put at the center?

I think the closest we come to fathoming what God is, is by loving other people and having reverence for the world around us. I think it’s less about a center and more about community.

What do you do when you need to express some rage?

That would be silly of me to put in writing.

Tell me something wonderful about girlhood (either from experience, or observation).

That I share it with my mom.

If you had the power to glimpse the future, would you? What would you try to see?

I really don’t think I would. I tend to overthink as it is, so I find a lot of power and solace being grounded in the present.

Anything coming up you want to tell us about?

Yes! We are currently in pre-production for the film “I Am So Lucky” written by Sarah LaVerne and directed by Nadia Delisfort.
